How does your delivery system work?
Packages will be shipped via a courier service which is dependant on the size and weight of the product. All packages are tracked and you will receive an email with this information when your order has been shipped.
Customs fees are not handled by us so please be aware that when you consent to packages being delivered you may incur custom fees when they arrive.

- Canada, Europe – 5-12 business days
- Australia, New Zealand – 8-14 business days
- Central & South America – 7-14 business days

- Africa – 15-45 business days
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
However, please note that the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with tags attached and in its original packaging, unworn and unused. Also, we require proof of purchase in the form of a receipt.
You can begin your return request by contacting us at email@example.com. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package back to us. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and problems:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and promptly notify us if you find any defects, damage, or discrepancies, so that we may assess the issue and take appropriate corrective action.
Exclusions and Non-Returnable Goods
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), non-standard items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as cosmetics). We are also unable to accept hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases for return. Kindly contact us if you have any queries or concerns regarding a specific item.
Please note that returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to obtain your desired product is to return the item you currently have. Once the return has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase of the new item.
Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
